Access/On
Access/On is one of the largest digital fiber optic networks serving rural North Carolina and is a forerunner in providing access to regions previously overlooked by major carriers. Access/On leases capacity to virtually every major telecommunications carrier providing intrastate, interexchange service in North Carolina. Dozens of technical engineers and a host of experienced support professionals are deployed to maintain this extensive network. 

John Wicker, President
Mr. Wicker has served as the President of Access/On Multimedia, Inc. since November 22, 2004. In addition to serving as the President of Access/On, he is also the Executive Vice President of Lexcom Communications, a rural ILEC, headquartered in Lexington, NC. His varied and extensive twenty-seven year business background includes experience with such organizations as Gould Electric Motors, The Seven-Up Company, and First Financial Management. Mr. Wicker holds a BA degree in Economics and an MBA from Duke University.

Jeff Adams, General Manager
Mr. Adams has been president of Access/On Multimedia, Inc. since April 2001. Prior to that, he was a director of the company since its inception in 1993. He has 33 years experience in the telecommunications industry in a variety of roles. Mr. Adams is currently general manager of Yadkin Valley Telephone Membership Corporation, one of Access/On's member companies, and he is president of The Data Center, Inc., a data processing company serving the telecommunications industry. 


PalmettoNet
PalmettoNet is the largest provider of digital fiber optic interlata network in South Carolina. Over 2,000 fiber route miles comprise the state's most comprehensive network of SONET bi-directional line switched rings. A 24-hour network control center monitors points of presence throughout PalmettoNet's network. PalmettoNet leases capacity to all prominent telecommunications carriers providing intrastate, interexchange service in South Carolina. The network is maintained by over 100 fully trained field support professionals plus dozens of technical engineers located throughout the region. Terry Metze, President
Mr. Metze joined PalmettoNet in 1996 after serving with various regional carriers in operations and senior engineering positions. His duties include the day-to-day general management of PalmettoNet, and he is responsible for entry into new markets and strategic planning. Mr. Metze graduated magna cum laude from the University of South Carolina and served in the United States Marine Corps from 1979 to 1987.


USCarrier
USCarrier is a one-source provider of high-capacity, high-speed telecommunications bandwidth. Wholesale services include long-haul transport, metro Atlanta access, long distance and Internet access connecting more than 40 cities in the Georgia region. Headquartered in Atlanta, USCarrier has an operations center in Macon, GA with technicians deployed throughout the state.  USCarrier has more than 2,500 route-miles of state-of-the-art fiber optic network in four states, monitored twenty-four hours, seven days a week. Joaquin Luna, Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Luna has held various corporate positions within multi-billion dollar industries; most recently prior to joining USCarrier Telecom he served as Finance Manager with International Truck and Engine Corporation and Intel Corporatiom. Mr Luna holds a BA from the University of New Mexico and an MBA in finance from DePaul University.


ValleyNet
Valley Network Partnership (ValleyNet) is a partnership created in 1989 to provide a "single point of contact" for marketing, operations and maintenance of broadband fiber optic telecommunications services along a route from Carlisle, Pennsylvania to Johnson City, Tennessee. ValleyNet is composed of affiliates of NTELOS Inc. [NASDAQ: NTLO], Shenandoah Telecommunications Company [NASDAQ: SHET], Sprint Mid-Atlantic Operations [NYSE: FON], and Sprint North Central Operations [NYSE: FON]. Charles A. Richardson, General Manager 
Mr. Richardson serves as General Manager for ValleyNet. He is responsible for all marketing, sales, administration and operations for the company. He is a 35 year veteran of the telecommunications industry, holding positions in engineering, operations and senior management with R&B Communications and NTELOS. Mr. Richardson holds a BA degree in Business Administration from Radford University.
